What Are Your Products Made Out Of?
The glass is hand-blown borosilicate glass, a thicker more resilient glass. Our wooden bases are handmade out of solid oak hardwood.
The Spigot is Loose – Do I Need to Return It?
The spigot is adjustable, there is a silver ring on the threaded part of the spigot towards the back, if you twist this ring the seal will compress allowing it to fit tightly within the glass. It doesn’t need to be forced in, please test the seal with water to make sure the seal is perfect before use.

We ship M-F 8am to 4pm we ship 99% of orders within 24 hours.
When Will My Order Arrive?
This depends on how far you are from our warehouse. We ship from Louisville, Kentucky and the majority of our shipments arrive in 3 days.
